Rental Requirements
- You must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license
- You must provide a paper or a digital copy of your personal vehicle insurance
- You must bring the credit or debit card used to pay with
- You must have a major credit card to keep on file. A $500 deposit is required and can be placed on a credit card, debit card or paid in cash.
Can kids and pets ride?
Kids:
Yes, you can transfer the booster or car seat into the UTV. Our UTV has the standard 3-point seatbelts at every seat, that can be passed through the car seat.
Pets:
Yes, bring them. Please bring a towel or a blanket for pet to sit on. However, we are not responsible for any potential harm to your pet. Customers will be responsible for any rips, tears or bodily fluid accidents. A fee will be charged accordingly.
Can I take UTV off-roading?
No, for the safety of our customers and integrity of the UTV Off roading is not allowed. UTVs are to be driven on the road only.
Where can we drive the UTV?
There are a number of scenic breathtaking motor trails that will take you through "The Smoky Mountain National Forest". We will supply you with a list of places to go as well as a map of "Cades Cove" a very popular place tourist visit.
What if I return the UTV early or late?
Unfortunately, there is no refund for early returns as the availability is already booked for you and other customers could not have booked at that time.
For late returns over 15 minutes you will be charged accordingly. Please remember our UTVs are booked hourly and that time could be allotted for another customer.
Do I need to top off the gas?
Yes, all UTV’s start with a full tank of Premium Fuel. At the end of the rental UTV’’s must be refueled with PREMIUM fuel. If UTV is not refueled upon returning, there is a $50 fee per UTV.
What is our cancellation policy?
A 48 Hr notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Who can drive the UTV?
The contract holder and the approved drivers:
You must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license and provide proof of your personal vehicle insurance
Do I need a reservation?
Although we do accept walk-ins we highly recommend a reservation, especially during the busy tourist season. The booking process online is easy and will guarantee you a UTV.
Is there a deposit?
A $500 deposit is required and can be placed on a credit card, debit card or paid in cash.
Will my car insurance cover any damage to the UTV?
Every policy is different. Please contact your car insurance to inquire. If any damages occur since you are the primary driver we would make a claim with you insurance company. If we need to make a claim with our insurance company you will be charged a $2500.00 insurance deductible. There can also be a $500.00 daily loss of rental fee if the unit has to be taken off the fleet.
