  • Absolutely NO off-roading Vehicles are not to be driven off the pavement.
  • Please make sure to Return unit with A Full tank.
  • Do Not drive the UTVS ON any Road With A Speed limit over 50 mph. (State law)
  • All units are tracked and Monitored
  • Do Not drive in the rain.
  • No driving in a reckless manner.
  • UTV will be confiscated and No Refund Will be given
  • A $250.00 Fee will be charged if unit is brought Back. excessively dirty
  • Be Back on time. You will Be Charged additional hours if not.
  • Authorized drivers are the only persons permitted to operate unit.
  • UTV must be returned in the condition you received it. If unit is Wrecked or damaged. You will be charged A $2500.00 insurance deductible, There Can also be a $500.00 daily loss of Rental fee if the unit has to be taken off the Fleet.
